Fragrance and aroma of SHOCHU comes alive when it is mixed with hot water, and the steam from the hot water deliciously carries the aroma.

 

For those who wish to savor SHOCHU's bite, pour the SHOCHU into the glass FIRST, followed by warm water. Those who prefer mildly rounded and sweet flavors are encouraged to pour warm water into the glass FIRST, let it cool for a bit, then add SHOCHU. With warm SHOCHU, using short, wide glass will significantly increase the ability to savor the unique bouquet of each brand.
